You are going to love this dress. It’s one dress with several different
looks. What a great idea. Trisha will teach you how to redraft the Lucy pattern
to have a removable front panel. You will make the modified Lucy dress and can
make several additional front panels that will button off and on which can be
embellished with the theme of your choice. For example, you might make one panel
that has a pumpkin on one side for fall and a turkey on the other side for
Thanksgiving. The second panel could have a Christmas design for the month of
December on one side and then a snowman on the other side for the month of
January. If additional panels are wanted, you might want a heart theme for the
month of February and then the other side is open for whatever you desire. IT’S
ONE DRESS WITH MANY LOOKS! The designs may be appliquéd, machine or hand
embroidered.
