Shipping Policy
We ship using the most cost efficient method. 

There will be additional shipping cost if we ship out of the country, so there may be additional charges added to your final bill. If you would like to know the total amount of your order including shipping please specify this in the comment section of your order form and we will e-mail you your total.

We process most orders within 5 to 7 days. 

If an item is on backorder, we will hold your order until all items can be shipped together, unless you instruct us other wise.

Credit cards are not charged until your order is filled and ready to ship.

Swatch Requests
Please limit swatch requests to 6 swatches. We try to get swatch requests out within 7 working days.

Payment Policy
There will be a $10 minimum order policy.

All payment information is sent through a secure server which encrypts the information for your protection. We accept Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.  If you are not comfortable sending your credit card information on-line you have the option of sending us your order and then calling in your credit card information. You may call Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm CST and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm CST. If you send in your order during off hours please call the following business day with your credit card information.

Return Policy
Patterns cannot be returned except in the event of defective goods or a shipping error and then would be exchanged for an identical item. We do not have a pattern exchange program.  Patterns, books, smocking plates, DVDs, and CDs contain Intellectual Property subject to copyright laws and cannot be returned. Fabric, lace, ribbon, rick-rack, piping and any other merchandise cut and sold by the yard cannot be returned except in the event of defective goods or a shipping error. If you would like to receive samples before ordering, send us an e-mail at info@childrenscornerstore.com and we will be happy to send them. Please include the name, item number, and description of the fabric or lace that you would like along with your name and mailing address.
