Our Tiered Add-on includes a three tiered skirt that works with Children's Corner Kaki, Victoria or Harper patterns. With a three tiered skirt you achieve a full skirt with flare to delight her twirling heart without adding bulk to the waist seam. This add-on is not a stand-alone skirt, but rather one that can be constructed and then used in place of the skirt or bubble of the original pattern.
