One piece is for your bodices, sleeves, ruffle neck and bias bands. The remaining pieces are your skirts. They will be pleated with 8 rows across the top of the fabric. For the front skirts, mark the center. Your pleater threads are long enough for you to pull excess from the center and clip the threads. Cut this panel in two from top to bottom.
