A bright and fun take on a class Bishop smocked dress! Your kit will be made using the Children's Corner Bishop pattern with short sleeves, pleated or unpleated. Your dress will be pleated for the number of rows by the Bishop pattern and you will need to adjust your smocking plate for the size you are making. Simply add or remove geometric rows, happy smocking! The Children's Corner Bishop pattern is sold separately.
