Piper is a fully-lined bubble featuring soft ruffles, perfect for everything from playdates to tea parties. The bodice can be customized with a smocked insert where it gathers on a raised waist. The bubble buttons in the back with a wrap-around facing for a couture finish complete with a continuous bound placket. It features elastic casings at the legs with snaps or buttons at the crotch.
