Smocked Ruthie Add-On includes instructions on how to add smocking to the front and back skirts of the Ruthie pattern. This add-on is not a stand-alone dress, but rather additional pieces that can be paired with the Ruthie View A yokes. To complete this new look, this package includes a classic banded puff short sleeve and neck-edge ruffle. Pattern also includes a new smocking plate design.
