New Standards With Ordering/Shipping During COVID-19

Thank you for supporting our small business during this time. Due to our limited staff fulfilling orders we are not able to change or add to any orders once it has been placed. If you need to make a change, please place a new online order. You may give us a heads up in the gift notes when you are in the shopping cart. We will do our best to place the two orders in the same package to be mailed to you. Thank you for your understanding!

If you would like partial yardage, please round up to the nearest yard and mark in the gift note of the amount and we can refund the difference.

When we fulfill orders and no longer have an item in stock that you purchased online, we will refund the item and adjust shipping as necessary.

Items marked on the website as “This product is currently unavailable.” are out of stock. Please check back as we hope to have again in the future.

If you are looking for specific items that are not available online, please call us and we will attempt to fulfill your order. These requests cannot be combined with online orders. We will process them separately. 

Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

Most orders are received in 7-10 days. All orders are fulfilled in-store within 1 to 3 business days and shipped USPS. Additional shipping fees apply for those who reside outside of the US contiguous 48 states. If you desire expedited shipping, please contact 615-292-1746 and we will be happy to discuss with you by phone.

 

Return Policy

We are proud to offer the finest products, and stand by their quality. Please understand not all of our products are eligible for return/exchange. We cannot accept returns for items that subject to copyright laws (such as: patterns, books, smocking plates, DVDs, and CDs). Additionally, fabric, lace, trim and any other items sold by the yard may not be returned. If an item is defective or sent in error, we will replace with the exact item. Items eligible for exchange must be exchanged or returned for store credit within fourteen (14) days of shipping and must be in original condition and packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please call for approval prior to returning merchandise.
