We will pleat across the full width of one side of the fabric that you will use for the smocked skirt. In addition, we have included lining fabric, skeins of floss, buttons, and cording. Feel free to use the smocking plate in the Mary De pattern or your favorite geometric design - Cindy Lou pictured on the sample, sold separately.

- Pima batiste white for lining
