Cozy Challis Outfit
The sweetest and softest little Bishop dress paired with banded Parker’s Pants. This dress was shortened to tunic length using the CC Frannie Baby finished length. The sleeveband was also a slight modification on this long sleeve bishop (see blog). The banded adaptation to Parker is available on thecornerstitch.com blog. This lovely smocking design is “Olivia Kate” from PB&J.
