While it is our desire to represent the most accurate color possible, we cannot guarantee a color match due to the variety of computer screens and monitors showing you the images. Please leave a note at checkout or call us with any questions.

Yes! We have pre-pleated options or you can arrange for custom pleating services. See our Pleating Services page for more information.

We do not send samples. You can order as little as an 1/8 yard by phone or 1 yard online.

Due to tax laws, you will pay sales tax if your items are being shipped within Tennessee, Virginia, Georgia or purchased in-person at our store.

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. Your order fulfillment may be delayed due to pleating services or back-ordered item. If you have a question about your order, contact us here.

Many of our patterns have video lessons. These professional quality videos guide you through sewing a complete garment. If you are still in need of assistance, please contact us.

We love the classic patterns too! Unfortunately, we are usually the first to run out of pattern styles and do not have extras on hand. Many times you can find discontinued patterns at our many Brick & Mortar shops across the country. We also encourage you to try sites such as Etsy or Facebook groups for individuals who may be selling from their personal stash.

While children come in many shapes and sizes, we have created a size measurement chart to help you identify which size pattern will best fit your model.

Grading patterns is an expertise-level skill. We encourage you to work with your local shop and trained instructors to achieve these specific needs.

The majority of our printed patterns include pattern pieces for skirts. However, in an effort to maximize the number of pattern sizes offered, there are a few printed patterns that only offer skirt measurements. Our digital patterns offer the skirt measurements or pattern pieces. In each case, skirts are shown on the cutting layout due to the size of the piece(s), to be sure you allow space.

We love using tissue. It affords us maximum space on the paper as it is a value of ours to offer each size and pattern piece on its own, without stacking them. When patterns are stacked, you must trace the size you are making. We have a select number of patterns printed on white paper, but maintain our goal of delivering a product with unstacked pieces. With our patterns, you open your pattern and cut out the size pieces you need and begin to sew! Tissue has served the pattern making industry and has been our practice for our 45+ year history for decades. We agree with its superior quality.

When you purchase a digital PDF file it will be stored on your account to be downloaded at any time. The PDF includes a layered 8.5x11" file, a 36" & A0 copy shop file, and your instructions. The layered file is printed on a home printer and will be taped together. Alternatively, you can send off the copy shop file to be printed full size. The instructions can either be printed at home or simply follow along on your computer or phone.
