Julia is a sophisticated waistline dress with classic styling featuring princess seams and a round yoke. The dress is fully lined and buttons in the back. The straight, capped sleeve accentuates the elegant bodice. The flattering skirt has inverted box pleats on the front and back and pockets that every girl loves.

Suggested Fabrics: For the dress, light to medium-weight fabrics such as broadcloth, chambray, corduroy, lawn, or pique. For the lining, lightweight fabrics such as batiste, broadcloth, or lawn.

Corded Piping – 1 yard for small sizes, 1 1/4 yard for large sizes
Lightweight fusible interfacing 60” wide (optional) – 1/2 yard small sizes, 5/8 yard large sizes

If you order a physical copy, you will be sent an unnested printed version of our pattern on tissue or paper with printed instructions.
If you select PDF, you are purchasing a digital PDF file which will be stored on your account to be downloaded at any time. PDF includes a layered 8.5x11" file, a 36" & A0 copy shop file, and your instructions. The layered file is printed on a home printer and will be taped together. Alternatively, you can send off the copy shop file to be printed full size. The instructions can either be printed at home or simply follow along on your computer or phone.
