Piper is a fully-lined bubble featuring soft ruffles, perfect for everything from playdates to tea parties. The bodice can be customized with a smocked insert. The bubble buttons in the back with a wrap-around facing for a couture finish complete with a continuous bound placket. In this video lesson, Susan will sew Piper from start to finish and cover a variety of techniques along the way. She will guide you through installing the smocked insert and show a new lining technique that gives a softer finish.
