This kit has everything you need to make this precious smocked dress inspired by Valentine's. We will cut your Children's Corner Bishop to size, sew in the short sleeves, and pleat the yoke and sleeves. In your kit you will find your cut, sewn, and pleated dress along with the additional fabric to finish your dress. Pictured DMC floss and lace edging are included with the optional smocking plate. You will then be able to smock and complete construction of the dress. The Children's Corner Bishop pattern is sold separately.
